For a limited time, we are offering FREE shipping on all orders! Zohour’s products are all shipped via Royal Mail, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 days from the shipping date.
Please note that Zohour does not ship to PO Boxes, so please provide a physical street address.
Whilst we take great care in protecting your item(s) for the postage process, if your Zohour package arrives damaged as a result of shipment please email us as soon as possible to notify us of the damage.
Returns
We hope you love our products as much as we do. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days from the date of delivery.
On returning, the item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. If the return does not meet these requirements, we will unfortunately not be able to issue a refund. The payment of the return is the responsibility of the customer.
